On Sundays from 11 am to 12:30 pm or so, we offer meditation, study of essential texts, and group discussion, covering varying topics in Mahayana and Vajrayana Buddhism. Our atmosphere is informal, the meditation simple and straightforward, and, though some familiarity with buddhadharma is certainly helpful, it is not required. (A good practitioner always cultivates beginner’s mind.)
